Rent a call center, BMS hosted plattform announced
Berlin based Junghanns Communications GmbH announced today, that their solution BMS Contact-Center suite will be made available as hosted plattform, making call center seats for rent possible. Together with the Kiel based ADDIX GmbH a completely managed plattform for contact centers will be available soon, offering inbound and outbound facilities with predictive dialing for rent from a centralized location.
''We want to offer small centers the possibility to start their work without high initial investments and directly start working profitably'', says managing director Levent Gündogdu ''Especially for telemarketing but also helplines the high initial costs mean the end before even getting started. We offer the flexibility to rent seats for a quarter of a year or give up unused seats easily, making shortterm campaigns with more or fewer agents possible.''
The BMS Contact-Center is centrally managed in ADDIX?s data center, all necessary IP connections and gateways are delivered out of one hand, too. All calls can either be terminated locally over an existing PBX or centrally for very competitive pricing.
BMS Contact-Center suites recieves an award as innovative product
BMS Contact-Center, the modular contact center solution from Junghanns Communications GmbH received another award in 2007. The Initiative of medium sized businesses presented the award as part of their innovation price. Especially the overall concept of the software and it's superior integration possibilities into existing structures were mentioned.
"We are happy to recieve an award for our work and software in 2007 as well", says managing director Levent Gündogdu. "We are clearly on the right path."
The Innovation price is beeing awarded since 2004. The official award ceremony takes place on Cebit. The independent jury of experts from IT and Telecommunication experts and the media awards the price to companies who offer innovative solutions.
