Company
The Junghanns Communications GmbH was founded in 2005 as a subsidiary of Junghanns.NET GmbH in Berlin.
The founding of the company was a logical step in developing an independent Contact-Center solution in a self-dependent company. As early as 2005 the developed product, the BMS Contact-Center suite, was succesfully tested and operated under lab and reallife conditions.
After the succesful company debut at 2008's Cebit in Hannover together with partnering Junghanns.NET GmbH and Addix, the year 2008 turned out to be satisfying with a total installation volume of 1000 seats (Inbound- and Outbound).
The managing director Levent Gündogdu has extensive knowledge of communication businesses and especially of the contact center business.

In 2009 Junghanns Communications GmbH will present a new, extended version of the BMS Contact-Center suite on Cebit, exhibiting new feature, multilanguage support and new dialer mechanism to ensure a continous growth.
